The manufacturing started in 1927 by Peiro's father and uncle. These are the

They feature extremely stable water brewing temperature thanks to its water
saturated group head mounted directly to an independent brewing boiler,
which eliminates fluctuations in brewing temperature. The second boiler is
dedicated to steaming and gives ample capacity for the steam needed to
provide superior milk texture.
