We do not pre-bag our coffee; we pack and grind if required when required and dispatch the same day. Every batch is cupped for consistency & quality. We pride ourselves on our standards and with our company vision, will always be a boutique roaster ensuring the fundamentals of why we started the business are kept true to our beliefs. P.N.G PUROSA From our friends in the highlands of PNG comes a smooth, medium bodied origin with medium-low acidity, resulting in a great stove- top, plunger bean. Fairtrade Organic.

SWITCH... A mix of Indonesian, African and East Timor beans creates a full bodied blend which grows in strength and has a smooth finish with lingering sweetness. ETHIOPIAN HARRAR This distinctive bean carries infused fruit, spice and aromas of coffee blossom, leaving a chocolate finish. Great as plunger, filter, stovetop & espresso. Fairtrade Organic.
